Digital transformation (DT) team drive digitalization and focus on optimization of back-end service processes, innovation of new digital technology, implementation of information systems to streamline our Partner’s
service.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Analysis, or Digital Transformation roles.
- Understanding of enterprise systems such as SAP, Microsoft CRM.
- Hands-on experience supporting or participating in digital transformation or automation initiatives (AI/Digitalization)
- Proficiency in BPMN, process mapping, and workflow documentation.
- Exceptional communication skills, be good at collaboration and facilitation, experienced in crossing team working environment.
- Familiarity with change management practices.
- Experience working in international or matrix organizations.
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English.
Responsibilities
- Take Digital Transformation Role and Support change management and solution deployment related work for Europe Projects.
- SAP/Microsoft CRM/Self Dev System biz analyst, оointly work with business team and IT coding team to implementation system and drive the digitalization journey.
- Work with cross-function teams to design service-related process and IT system solution, implement service solution including project initiative, project blueprint, testing support, training and go-live support.
- Drive Digitalization through BIG Data, Reporting & Analysis & recommend & Intelligence AI etc (Based on the Data and AI models, drive AI adoption)
