CHALLENGE

Token sales face significant challenges when raising capital on different channels. Our client, an expert in the digital market, approached us to build the token sale advertising platform from scratch, ensuring seamless UX, deep analytics capabilities, and robust reporting features.

The key challenge was to create an intuitive and scalable platform that would cater to multiple user roles while maintaining high performance and security.

OUR APPROACH

Research-driven strategy

Our process began with an in-depth discovery phase, collaborating with the client to define goals and expectations. We conducted a competitive analysis, using platforms like Meta Business Suite and Google Ads, as benchmarks, to identify advertising best practices. Moreover, the research revealed three key industry challenges:

  • Inconsistent listing formats across different platforms
  • No CMS for streamlined project management
  • Disconnection between advertising costs and investment returns

Through workshops, we refined the platform's requirements, ensuring that the final product addressed these gaps with accessible information, a user-friendly design, and intuitive workflows.

UX/UI that drives engagement

After analyzing the ICO listing market, we created a mood board that set the foundation for the platform's design. Our team explored three design concepts, refining them based on client feedback before selecting the final version.

  • 280 unique design layouts, covering all platform interactions

Beyond designing the platform's interface, we also developed unique branding to establish a strong market presence.

Designing the user experience and interface for such a dynamic platform was an exciting challenge. We focused on creating a seamless and intuitive journey for every type of user, from investors to advertisers. Moreover, we wanted to build a visual identity that stood out in the crowded crypto space – starting with a custom logo that captures the platform’s essence and continues through to the typography and color palette.

Role-based system

The platform was built to support four main user types:

  • Investors

    Discover ICO projects, access detailed analytics, and seamlessly navigate to project websites.

  • Advertisers

    Manage ICO applications, create and monitor ad campaigns, and track performance with real-time analytics.

  • Publishers

    Integrate HTML widgets on their websites to display ads and drive traffic to advertisers.

  • Support Team

    Oversee customer data and approve advertiser applications to maintain platform integrity.

Custom dashboard & real-time data

A dedicated dashboard enables users to track market activity, compare key indicators, and manage campaigns effortlessly. The design prioritizes clarity, ensuring users focus on data rather than distractions.

To enhance accessibility, the platform supports multiple authentication options (email, phone, Google, Facebook, etc.), allowing users to log in seamlessly while maintaining data integrity.

Seamless scaling

The platform is hosted on AWS Cloud with a Managed Kubernetes Cluster for scalability. Both frontend and backend services were containerized using Docker, while Managed PostgreSQL Aurora ensured reliable and scalable data storage.

The combination of modern frameworks, containerization, and robust cloud infrastructure allowed the platform to handle rapid growth while maintaining stability and performance.

Integrated marketing campaigns

The platform includes an internal balance system powered by Stripe payments, allowing advertisers to launch and track campaigns seamlessly. Detailed analytics provide insights into page views and traffic sources.

Promotional tools

Clients can generate HTML widgets or snippets that integrate into any website, allowing for flexible promotion of their tokens as a block or dedicated page.

This project exemplifies how a well-structured development process, combined with strategic UX/UI design and branding, can lead to the successful launch of a complex digital asset platform. By integrating real-time analytics, multi-role functionalities, and a scalable infrastructure, the platform is now positioned for continued expansion in the evolving crypto market.
