As a Middle UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative user experiences and interfaces that enable our users to achieve their goals and provide a seamless user journey.
Required Skills
- Commercial experience 3+ years in UI/UX design;
- Advanced understanding of user experience design principles.
- Advanced expertise in user interface design, including creating visual designs, creating design systems, and designing for responsive web and mobile interfaces
- Strong understanding of business/user needs and project requirements
- Strong portfolio with your latest works;
- Good understanding of Figma and its features;
- English level - Upper Intermediate (for regular communications with team/clients in English)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively present design concepts and solutions to clients and team members;
- Experience in leading design projects and mentoring junior designers;
Responsibilities
- Create new concepts with wireframes, responsive design, producing high-fidelity mockups, writing detailed documentation, and critically assessing designs;
- Work with a mentor to assist in facilitating brainstorming sessions, sketching sessions to generate ideas;
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders;
- Develop your current skills even further and adding even more skills to your toolbox by taking on new challenges
- Willingness to help teammates, share knowledge and experience with them, and learn from them;
