Our client, a UAE-based healthcare company with experience in the beauty industry, set out to build a digital platform for personalized skincare, moving beyond the one-size-fits-all approach common in the mass market.
The goal was to enable users to connect directly with dermatologists, receive tailored treatment plans, and access prescription-strength skincare based on their individual needs.
As the product was built from scratch, an additional challenge was ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The project required support in preparing HIPAA-compliant technical documentation and developing parts of the system in alignment with regulatory requirements to support the licensing process in the UAE.

To support both business operations and medical workflows, we built three interconnected systems: a public-facing marketing layer, a client-facing patient portal, and a unified medical CRM with role-based access for doctors, nurses, and an admin panel with extended functionality for managing users, operations, and analytics. In parallel, we prepared the technical documentation required for HIPAA compliance to support the client's licensing process in the UAE.
The project began with an MVP approach, starting with a Discovery phase to cover all the essentials and define a clear foundation for development.

The clients portal was built as a Next.js application for performance and flexibility. Our design team created prototypes to test user flows, layouts, and micro-interactions before full development, ensuring an intuitive and polished experience.
It was designed to showcase the service, explain the process, and convert visitors into registered users, while a Strapi-powered CMS allows team members to easily update text, images, and content blocks across both the website and the client portal.


The platform guides users through a personalized dermatology journey, from assessment to treatment, all within a single, secure portal. Each step is designed to deliver tailored care while keeping the experience seamless and intuitive.




The CRM supports doctors, nurses, and administrators in managing patient cases, treatment plans, and platform operations within a single system.

Admins manage role-based access, oversee workflows and order distribution, update questionnaires and platform content, and use analytics and reporting tools to monitor engagement, treatment effectiveness, and operational performance.
This project was especially meaningful because skincare is such a personal matter, yet many people avoid visiting a doctor and rely on friends’ recommendations instead. This platform removes that barrier, giving users access to specialized, dermatologist-guided treatment without stress. By delivering truly personalized care, it demonstrates the power of digital solutions in making professional healthcare both accessible and convenient.
